Ordering Procedure



If you wish to order tickets from the "Printed Catalogue" (GBTicket Transport Ticket Catalogue), you can choose one of these ways:
  1. Print out the order form of the respective issue, complete it as appropriate and post it to:

  2. Click on Transport Ticket Catalogue Web Order Form, complete it as appropriate and submit it to us.

  3. Web site customer area (Restricted Area): this way your order will be entered directly into GBTicket's Management System, you can see your order status and history. To use this way you must be registered. If you are a GBTicket customer already and do want to use this service, click here to inform us.

    4. For details of methods of payment please read the section Methods of Payment below.

Methods of Payment

Choose one of these ways to pay:

  1. Credit/debit card

    This site is currently being developed and we cannot offer an on-line payment facility yet. Therefore, do not send us your card details via the Internet. However, if you wish to pay by credit/debit card we do accept Telephone Orders or Mail Orders.

    a) Telephone Orders:

    Once you have received confirmation of the availability of the ticket(s) you wish to purchase and your Order Number (via e-mail), please follow this procedure:

    1. Contact us on +44 (0)7831 382410 to inform us of your card details and postal address;
    2. Tickets will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.

    b) Mail Orders:

    Once you have received confirmation of the availability of the ticket(s) you wish to purchase, your Order Number and a Mail Order Form (via e-mail), please follow this procedure:

    1. Click on the Mail Order Form (an attachment to the e-mail) and print it ;
    2. Complete this form and sign it;
    3. Post it to:

    4. Tickets will be dispatched to you as soon as we receive your Mail Order Form.

  2. UK Cheques or UK Postal orders

    Once you have received confirmation of the availability of the ticket(s) you wish to purchase, your Order Number and a Mail Order Form (via e-mail), please follow this procedure:

    1. Click on the Mail Order Form (an attachment to the e-mail) and print it;
    2. Complete this form;
    3. Post it to:

    with a UK cheque or UK postal order payable to GBTicket enclosed;

    4. Tickets will be dispatched to you as soon as we receive your Mail Order Form.
