The General and Theme Catalogues are published on the 1st and 15th of each month, respectively. Tickets from the General and Theme Catalogues are allocated to orders from the 10th and 22nd of each month, respectively. With a view to maximizing fulfilment of customers' expectation, tickets are distributed as fairly as possible, aiming to provide all applicants with at least part of their orders. Sometimes there is a heavy demand for specific tickets and therefore, some applicants may be disappointed. Please let us know if any ticket(s) is (are) of special interest to you and we will make every effort to provide you with them. However, we cannot guarantee in advance to supply any particular ticket(s).
Please note that Postage and Packing charges will now be applied to all orders (Transport Ticket Catalogues - General and Theme) with effect from 1 May 2011.
Ordering Procedure

 
If you wish to order tickets from GBTicket’s Transport Ticket Catalogues (Printed Catalogue or Theme Catalogue), you can choose one of these ways:

- Web order:
- Use the web site Customer Area (Restricted Area) to place your order. This way your order will be entered directly into GBTicket's Management System and you can see your order status and history. However, to use the Customer Area you must be registered. If you are a GBTicket customer already and want to use this service, click here to inform us.
or
- Click on Printed Catalogue/Theme Catalogue Web Order Form, complete as appropriate and submit.
- Mail Orders
- Telephone Orders:

- Credit/debit card
This site is currently being developed and we cannot offer an on-line payment facility yet. Therefore, do not send us your card details via the Internet. However, if you wish to pay by credit/debit card we do accept Master Card, Maestro, Visa, JCB and American Express. Once you have received confirmation of the availability of the ticket(s) you ordered (i.e. our sales invoice), please contact us on +44 (0)7831 382410 to inform us of your card details. Tickets will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
- UK Cheques or UK Postal Orders
Once you have received confirmation of the availability of the ticket(s) you ordered (i.e. our sales invoice), please send us a UK cheque or UK postal order payable to GBTicket to the address below. Tickets will be dispatched to you as soon as possible.
